But its half self-hate & jealousy then the other half is what society puts out there as 'pretty/beautiful'. Like the girl said , not because of the skin tone but because of how attractive the other female (and sometimes male) is. But its like...wtf. You are what you are , learn to accept it , and get on with your life. If dude dont like you cause you 'too dark/light' , move on. What is he like 1/1000000(so many I cant count)00000000!?

I saw this video earlier and was so disappointed. I hate seeing black people exhibiting self-hate like that. Light skin and dark skin complexions is what makes Black people unique! Why you think white people tan for hours and hours... to get our beautiful complexion. I respect the fact that people have preferences, there's nothing wrong with that. But don't be disrespectful with it or put someone down for something they can't control. Everybody can't get on that MicJac skin regiment... I'm jussayin. lol
